Pat Loftis is always eager to help with all my insurance needs. She’s thorough from start to finish. Pat definitely knows customer service in today’s business climate. Good customer service has left as it appears to be non existent today. Not with Pat, she’s there when you need her. I’ve known Pat for some years but I’ve never done business with her. Dealing with Pat made my transition seamless from my old insurance company to State Farm. She responds to text messages. Pat aligns her business with relationships that will last for years to come. Not just for today. It’s easy to understand why she has many personal customers.. I highly recommend Pat Loftis of the Sarah Bream State Farm/Summerville agency for all your insurance needs.

Really bad experience. They changed my policy and blamed the underwriters for all the explanations they were unable to give me! They increased the premium in one of my cars that we dont use at all and that has been paid in full over $100 dollars and when i went to the office to find out why, Holly simply said “there are multiple factors that statistically determine that increase” her incompetence and lack of knowledge was appalling as she kept blaming the underwriters for all the unauthorized changes in my policy. She even said that they could take up to 3 billing cycles to update changes or discounts. She was rude, entitled and.. did i mention incompetent? Please save your time and go somewhere else to ensure your automobiles

Lola helped me with my insurance and answered all my questions very fast . She was very nice to talk to while she was working on my Insurance. She made me feel at home there . Thank you so much Lola , for working with me .
